<br />Mr. Carmen said we will see how many employees they have presently, and if in <br />one year from the closing date hereof, 15 additional employees have not been <br />added, there will be a payment of $500.00 for each employee below the number 15. <br />It will be gauged by the number of employees from that one year period (there <br />is not to be 15 employees added each year). It is to be paid in one sum. <br />They will not be credited if more than 15 employees are hired. The payments <br />will continue for the life of the bonds on an annual basis. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to pass Ordinance 83-17. <br />Mr. Flynn asked if there were any further comments. <br />There were no comments. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br /> <br />Mr. Feneli will prepare the corrected page of the agreement for Council's <br />Friday packets. • <br />Mr. Flynn asked if there was any further business. <br />There was none. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />There being no objections, the meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />.,.. _ ? ? <br />Donna J.
