10 <br />Mr. Flynn stated he has contacted Mr. Roy Schwentker and he would be <br />interested to continue serving on the Firemen's Dependents Board. As <br />Chairman of that Committee, Mr. Flynn to take care of the matter of the <br />citizen appointment to the committee. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting of December 21, 1981 - Council President Spellman stated <br />that there being no objections, the minutes will stand as written. <br />Organizational Meeting of January 4, 1982 - It was clarified Mrs. Ruggles <br />was not present at this meeting. Also, the term of Office for the four <br />members of Council who were given the Oath of Office is to be for a two <br />year term (not a four year term). Council President Spellman stated there <br />being no objections, the minutes will stand as corrected. <br />Council President Spellman stated he would like Council to recess to <br />Executive Session at this time (8:15 P.M.) to discuss the following: <br />Financial Matters to be discussed with Mrs. Ruggles <br />The 1982 wage ordinance <br />To discuss questions concerning the Financial Administrator and Finance <br />Director <br />Mr. Amendola questioned if the pay ordinance is to be passed as written, <br />with the clothing allowance for the Service Department as it was last year. <br />He stated he would like the clothing allowance as discussed previously with <br />the Finance Committee. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there were any objections from Council <br />to discussing the matter is Executive Session. <br />Council had no objections, and the matter to be taken up in Executive Session. <br />Council went into Executive Session at 8:15 P.M. <br />Council reconvened at 10:37 P'.M. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />There being no objections, the meeting was adjourned at 10:38 P.M. <br />MAYOR, ROBERT G.
