10 Mr. Flynn stated he has contacted Mr. Roy Schwentker and he would be interested to continue serving on the Firemen's Dependents Board. As Chairman of that Committee, Mr. Flynn to take care of the matter of the citizen appointment to the committee. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Regular Meeting of December 21, 1981 - Council President Spellman stated that there being no objections, the minutes will stand as written. Organizational Meeting of January 4, 1982 - It was clarified Mrs. Ruggles was not present at this meeting. Also, the term of Office for the four members of Council who were given the Oath of Office is to be for a two year term (not a four year term). Council President Spellman stated there being no objections, the minutes will stand as corrected. Council President Spellman stated he would like Council to recess to Executive Session at this time (8:15 P.M.) to discuss the following: Financial Matters to be discussed with Mrs. Ruggles The 1982 wage ordinance To discuss questions concerning the Financial Administrator and Finance Director Mr. Amendola questioned if the pay ordinance is to be passed as written, with the clothing allowance for the Service Department as it was last year. He stated he would like the clothing allowance as discussed previously with the Finance Committee. Council President Spellman asked if there were any objections from Council to discussing the matter is Executive Session. Council had no objections, and the matter to be taken up in Executive Session. Council went into Executive Session at 8:15 P.M. Council reconvened at 10:37 P'.M. Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. There being no objections, the meeting was adjourned at 10:38 P.M. MAYOR, ROBERT G. BEEBE _:_7.
