<br />Ordinance 82-9, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF AN <br />$80,000.00 NOTE OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF <br />BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FUNDS TO ACQUIRE AND IMPROVE REAL <br />PROPERTY TO BE USED FOR EXPANDING THE MUNICIPAL COMPLEX, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there were any comments for discussion <br />regarding this ordinance. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to pass Ordinance 82-9, in <br />title only. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />(in title only) <br />Council President Spellman stated he had nothing more on his agenda and <br />asked for any closing comments from Council. <br />Mr. Carmen commented he was pleased with the completeness of the packet <br />on Friday which contained all legislation to be discussed at tonights meeting. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />There being no objections, the meeting adjourned at 9:38 P.M. <br />, ;7 <br />;- <br />?S <br />MA R, RT G.
