? 50 <br />Mr. Amendola stated he has made some corrections to the specifications for <br />rubbish collection and they mus't be approved tonight so bids can be <br />advertised. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Specifications Approved <br />(as corrected) <br />Mrs. Bloom stated Council aetion.is needed to sell the 1978 Dodge car from <br />the Police Department as they have already received their new car. <br />Mr. Feneli asked if the car would be sold for under $1,000.00. <br />Mrs. Bloom said the car is anticipated being sold for.approximately $800.00. <br />Mr. Feneli stated since the sale is uncler $1,000.00 a motion can be made to <br />sell the car. When a buyer is founcl an ordinance will be prepared to <br />_allow the sale of the car to the buyer. <br />Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to dispose of the Police <br />Department's 1979 bodge car. <br />Council President Spellma.n asked if there was any further discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Car to be sold <br />Mrs. Bloom said another matter to be considered by Council is part time <br />police officers. Three were considered and two are accepting, with the <br />1,000 hour ceiling. Council action will be needed to add one or two more. <br />Council President Spellman said that will be on the agenda for June 21st. <br />Mrs. Ruggles stated she would like the Law Director to prepare a depository <br />agreement for Trans Ohio Bank for a period of two years. She said she <br />would be in touch with Mr. Feneli and asked that he have this.in the.packet <br />on Friday. <br />Mrs. Hanus said she received a call from Mr. Cygan at 6779 Glenview Road <br />complaining about the condition of his neighbors yard (6775). Reference <br />was also made that he may be running a business out of his home. <br /> <br /> <br />
