<br />Ordinance 82-88, entitled.; "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A TOOL AND EQUIPMENT <br />LENDING PROGRAM IN MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, AND REPEALING ALL OTHER <br />ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT THEREWITH." Introduced by Councilma.n Richard Etzler. <br />Mr. Etzler requested..tliis._ordiriance be changed to be Introduced by the Mayor <br />and Council,as.a Wholem <br />There being no objections, the ordinance to Yead "Introduced by the Mayor and <br />Council as a Whole." <br />Ordinance 82-88 given first reading. <br />Mr. Foltz stated the installation of_the.ceiling tile in the Community Room <br />has been completed. The drywall taper will be f inished with his work shortly. <br />Mrs. Martin said with the rema.ining money Mr. Amendola plans to purchase sealer <br />for the drywall. <br />Mrs. Martin reported some asphalting was done on Beecher's Brook last week. <br />There is approximately $300.00 remaining for further repair work if necessary. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said the plans and specifications for repaving portions of Beech <br />Hill and Beechers Brook will.be completed this year. Then the tentative <br />assessments will be prepared. Mr. Feneli said after that the Resolution of Necessity will be prepared. <br />Mr. Busa said he thought former firef ighter Karl Strasser had retired but he <br />learned that he quit. He would like to find out-.why. <br />Council President Spellma.n said he would like a Resolution of Appreciation to <br />be prepared for Karl.Strasser and he would also like to f ind out his reasons <br />for resigning... <br />Mrs. Bloom said Ohio Bell needs to b.e granted permission from the Village for <br />right of way work to be done. <br />Council President Spellma.n said he.signed the permission form October 18. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Council.President Spellman,.made a motion.to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />There being no objections, the meeting adjourned at 10:22 p.m. <br />
