??-8 <br />Recreation.-.Mrs.. Hanus reported.the..Halloween Party was very successful <br />with over 400.people:.attending; including adults. <br />Council President Spellman said there has never been as ma.ny children in <br />attendance as there were this year. Registration was by family and there <br />was an average of three children per family. <br />Senior Citizeri:Cbmmissibn:on:Aging.- Mr. Busa commented the proposed separate <br />accounting for the Commission ori Aging makes him edgy. He will discuss the <br />matter with the commission.members and report the results to Council. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 82-77,.entitled;."AN ORDINANCE:ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 761 OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLI-1GE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO SNOW PLOW <br />OPERATORS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." (as amended). Introduced by the <br />Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Council President Spellman stated the Safety and Service Committee recommends. <br />passage of this ordinance. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, ina.de a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there was any cliscussion. <br />Mrs. Hanus said with the upcoming bad weather she feels this ordinance should <br />be acted upon quickly. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Feneli noted the amendments; Section .Ol - the fee to be paid to the <br />Building Department, not to.the Police Department, Section .02 - the applicant <br />does not have to supply the serial number of the motor vehicle. The other <br />change is regarding the fees as already given by Mrs. Bloom. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to amend Ordinance 82-77. <br />Rall Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to pass Ordinance 82-77, as <br />amended, <br />Council President Spellman asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none.
