f:? -%6 4,tiJ Council President Spellman said.everyone received copies of the Fund Balance Report. They are working bn the budget procedures and appropriations. Council President Spellma.ri stated this is Mrs. Ruggles, Financial Consultant, last Council Meeting and asked for her comments. Mrs. Ruggles commented.everyone worked very graciously with her and it was a real challenge. She said most gratifying was that she met alot of nice peoplea She said, as a matter of record, since Mayfield Village did have a f inancial problem when she came in.1980, we did do a turn around as far as monies. She said during her two year period with the Village she earried the Village $71,334.21 by the end of this month. Council President Spellman thanked Mrs. Ruggles for all her time and services. Resolution 8.2-93, entitled; "A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO ARMSTRONG FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS, INC., AND TO RUTH RUGGLES." Introduced by Mayor.Beebe and Members of Council. Council President Spellman, seconded by Mr. Busa, ma.de a motion to adopt Resolution 82-93. Roll Call: AYES: Al1 NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Ordinance 82-94; entitled; "AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF A? PROSECUTOR, ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION THEREFOR, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Robert G. Beebe. Council President Spellman stated Mayor Beebe reappointed Vince Feudo as Prosecutor. He said Mr. Feudo will be the Law Director for Mayfield Heights next year. Council President Spellman, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to pass Ordinance 82-94. Council President Spellman asked if there were any comments.
