<br /> <br /> <br />Ordinance 85-12 (Con't) <br />Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to pass Ordinance 85-12. <br />Cheif Hejcl explained this ordinance upciates our code to the State standards, <br />and will be in accordinance with the Ohio Building Code. <br />Resolution 85-34, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE 14AYOR TO TRANSFER <br />THE ANTIQUE HEARSE TO THE MAYFIELD TOWNSHIP HISTORICAL SOCIETY UNDER CERTAIN <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DECLARING. AN EMERGENCY.:" Introduced by Mayor Carmen <br />and Council. <br />Resolution 85-34 was given first reading. <br />Mr. Plastine (Historical Society President in the audience) stated that <br />they are presently making arrangements with Whitehaven Cemetery to store <br />the hearse in a garage where it will be protected from the weather. <br />Resolution 85-22, entitled; "A RESOLUTION URGING THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND ITS <br />EXECUTIVE AGENCIES TO HOLD FUTURE PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ISSUES OF <br />SIGNIFICANT INTEREST AT LOCATIONS MORE ACCESSIBLE TO THE PEOPLE MOST AFFECTED <br />BY THE PROPOSED ACTIONS." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Resolution 85-35 was given first reading. <br />Resolution 85-37, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DECLARID?G THE NECESSITY OF RENEWZNG <br />BY LEVY A TAX IN EXCESS OF THE 10-IKILL LIMITATION AND SUBMITTING THE SAME TO <br />THE ELECTORATE OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO."
