<br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />October.7, 1985 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on Monday, <br />October 7,.19.85, at 9 p.m..in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. <br />Council President, Richard C. Etzler, presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mrs. Mills, Mr. Basile, Mr. Etzler, Mr. Flynn, and <br />Mr. Goley <br />Absent : None Also Present Were ., Mayo.r Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, Mr. Hovancsek, <br />and Mr. Toth <br />Mr. Etzler said the meeting was called to consider Resolution 85-57 accepting <br />the final plat for the Hanover Woods Subdivision. <br />Mr. Pat Caticchio was present to represent Hanover Woods Development. He <br />explained in detail the contingencies of the bonds available to them for <br />financing the Hanover Woods subdivision., He gave the Council President a <br />copy of a letter from Central National Bank. <br />Discussion was held. ' Mayor .Carmen suggested Mr. Caticchio meet with the Law Director and Engineer <br />later this week to finalize the plans. Then, after sufficient information is <br />received, Council will consid'er acceptance of the final plat. <br />All agreed with Mayor Carmen and Mr. Caticchio will contact D1r. Feneli to <br />arrange a meeting date. <br />Motion to Sell Police Car. <br />Mr. Etzler said_a police.car that was damaged.has been appraised at $975 and <br />requested a motion to sell it. <br />Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to sell the damaged police <br />car in the amount of $975. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Authorization Given <br />Mr. Etzler said a new police car is needed to replace the damaged car. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to appr,ove the emerbency <br />expenditure of up to $12,999 to replace the police car damaged in service.
