97 <br />Hillcrest Council o£ Councils - Mrs..Mil1s said there was no report. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mr,. Etzler said the annua]_ M.A.R.C. Art Show.will be from October 29 <br />through November 3. The hours are 1-4 daily and 7-9 on weekends. <br />Recreation - Mrs. Miils said the Hailoween Psrcy is October 27 at 2 p.m. at tre <br />Middle School. The nPyt affair planned is the Christmas_ Party. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Basile reported on the October 7 meeting; the plans. <br />for Beta II were approved,.the VanCuren proposal was discussed and will.be <br />reviewed by Mr. Amendola and TZr. Feneli. The final approval of Hanover Woods <br />Phase I rests with Council tonight. He said they agreed to grant a permit, for <br />Ken's Auto Bpdy for six months; the new legislation will con.tain a.few changes <br />from ?the previous ordinance. <br />Safety and Service = Mr. Basile said the Committee met earlier this evening <br />with Mr. Amendola. He•.is in need of a new snow plow and..is requesting a <br />tailgate spreader and a new pick-up truck. <br />Mr. Etzler said these items would be discussed at the next Caucus.. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Drainage - Aintree North - Mr. Fat Caticch-io said the plans have Ueen substantially <br />completed and have been sent to the.Cemetery Easement Board. They are waiting <br />for them to call them back. ' <br /> <br />Mayor Carmen r.equested this subject be removed from the next agenda unless a <br />problem arises; since the matter is being resolved.
