<br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 85=18, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FOLICY OF "EMPLOYER <br />PICK-UP" OF EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE VARIOUS OHIO.PUBLIC EMPLOYEES <br />RETIREMENT SYSTEM, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENGY.". Introduced by Mayor Fred N. Carmen. ' <br />Mr. Etzler said Ordinance 85-18 was given second reading. <br />NEW BUSINESS • Fox Spreader - Mr..Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve <br />the purchase 6f a Fox road materials spreader in the amount of $2,595. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />1968 Ford Cab and Chassis = Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion <br />to authorize the advertisement of bids to sell the 1968 Ford cab and chassis. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Quarterly Meeting with the Sewer District - Mr. Hovancsek.reported the meeting <br />has been scheduled for Wed.riesday, December 4, in tlie Mayor's Office. <br />S.C.B.A.`s for the Fire Department - Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Etzler; made <br />a motion to approve the purchase of the S.C.B.A.'s in the amount of $2,775. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Resolution 85-66, entitled; "A RESOLUTION RATYFYING THE ACTION.OF THE MAYOR IN <br />PURCHASING A GENERATOR FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FROM TRAYCO. ELECTRIC IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HiJNDRED DOLLARS ($7,800.00) DECLARING THE SAME <br />TO BE A TRUE EMERGENCY PURCHASE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
