<br />Mr. Flynn,.seconded.-by Mr. <br />Council requiring an ordin <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr: Flynn, seconded by Mr. <br />Etzler, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />ance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Goley, made a motion to enact Ordinance85-23. <br />Mr. Zachary Paris, Bond Counsel for Jbnes, Day, Reavis & Pogue, said that he <br />wanted to bririg two technical matters to Council's attention: First, the <br />amount of the bond is $5,750,000. Regarding the title listed on the agenda, <br />the latest ordinance bears the correct title wh•ich says "Beta Campus•Company", <br />not Beta Campus Company Mall. The other change in the ordinance is in the <br />second-last paragraph; the•word "peace" should be.space. % . <br />Mr. Paris said he wanted to advise Council that since the time of the.inducement <br />ordinance which passed on May 20, it is possible that Nick and Jack Caputo may <br />become additional partners to the existing partnership of Judge Krenzler and <br />Julius Paris. <br />Mr. Feneli said the addi-tional partners would have•.no bearing,.regarding <br />Ordinance 85-23, to the Village. <br />Mr..Paris said he wi11 update the application and the other documents submitted <br />to Council to reflect the additonal partners. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Mr. Goley said that Council has not yet approved the minutes.of the October 7 <br />Special Council Meeting. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said the Sewer District is adopting a new sanitary sewer code. <br />It will contain many regulations; and will regulate the amount of sewage every <br />community can put in. He suggested the Village send a letter.to the Sewer <br />Di.strict with comments and objections to.portions of the proposed new code. <br />Mr. Etzler asked if this would affect Mayfield Village. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said four streets in the Village would be affected. <br />rlayor Carmen said he will review the requests made by the other communities, <br />and we may also object to a portion of the proposed cocle. <br />Chief Stevens said Council needs to take action to dispose of the damaged <br />police car.
