12 ?.? <br />Resolution 85-70, entitled; "A RESOLUTION OF 9PPRECIATION TO ALBERT SCACCIA." <br />.Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Members of Council. <br />Mr. Go1ey, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution 85-70. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Resolution 85-73, entitled; "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />AUDITOR TO ADVANCE TAXES FROM THE PROCEEDS OF TAX LEVIES AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as.a Whole. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to adopt Resolution 85-73. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT iKAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mr. 'Goley said that the Safety and Service Committee felt strongly about <br />getting the Fire Department building weather-tight as soon as possible. <br />Mr. Amendola said the building is waterproof now, but if Council would like <br />the building worked on now, it could be done during the winter. He explained <br />what needed to be done; masonry work and wood on the outside of the building. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Mayor Carmen and Mr. Flynn also felt the work should be done as soon as <br />possible. <br />Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to approve the expenditure of <br />$3',100 for work to be done on the Fire Department building; (the bid to be <br />approved at the discretion of thE Mayor.) <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br /> <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Approved <br />
