i <br />3 <br /> <br />? <br />? <br />Mr. Basile, aeconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />There was no discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: A11 <br />NAXS: None Motion Caxried. <br />Ordinance passed <br />Ordinance 84-3, entitled; "AN ORD'INANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF AN <br />ENGINEER FOR MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY," Introduced <br />by Mayo.r Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />There was no discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to pass Ordinance 84-3. <br />There was no discussiori. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mayor Carmen administered.the Oath of Office to the following: <br />Dale C. Feneli Law Director <br />Vincent Feudo Prosecutor' <br />Stephen Hovancsek ' Engineer <br /> <br />Mr. Etzler noted the next item on the agenda - The Citizen's Advisory Board, <br />and asked Mayor Carmen to explain this Board. <br />Mayor Carmen explained this Board existed in the past and includes individuals <br />from.various neighborhoods in the Village. Tliey advise the Mayor and Council <br />of the residents feelings on cer.tain important issues. Council approved the appointments to the Board and Mayor Carmen asked them to <br />come forward to be given the Oath of Office. He noted the other members, approved <br />by Council, who were not present; Jane and David Pets¢hauer and Ben Reich.
