12 <br />There was none. <br />Rol1 Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Dues to be paid. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Motion Carried <br />Mr. Goley no.ted the change in ownership of the L.N. Gross Cbmpany, Bradley <br />Knitwear, on Beta Drive. He included the newspaper article regarding this <br />in Council's packets. He also noted the information he received regarding <br />the widening.of SOM Center Road, which his January 12 letter to Council <br />explained. <br />Mr. Feneli said he will be meeting with Mr. Pryatel of the Walter Drane <br />Company sometime next week to discuss the recodification. <br />Mayor Carmen apologized for omitting the Recreation Committee appointment <br />(which is a Mayor's appointment) at the time the other appointments were <br />announced. He noted that Mrs. Bloom is his appointment. <br />Mayor Carmen said that Progressive Insurance Company purchased several lots <br />adjacent to their property. <br />Mr. Etzler asked Mr. Amendola to check the neon sign at Michelle Cleaners to <br />see if it confirms with our code. <br />Mr. Amendola requested that Council begin updatin,g the ordinances. <br />Council went into Executive Session at this time (8:53 p.m.) <br />Council reconvened at 10 p.m. <br />There being no further business, Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a <br />motion to adjourn. <br />There were no object'ons, and the. meeting adjourned at 10 p.m. <br />MAYOR, FRED N.
