25' <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL.MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayfield <br />March 7, 1984 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on Wednesday, <br />March 7, 1984, at 9:30 p.m. at the Village Hall. Council President, <br />Richard C. Etzler, presided: <br />Roll Call: Present: Mrs. Bloom, Messrs., Basile, Etzler, Flynn, and Goley <br />Mr. Etzler stated the Special Meeting was called to discuss Ordinance 84-15. <br />Ordinance 84-15, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORZZING THE PURCHASE OF A POLICE <br />CRUISER FROM DEACON'S CHRYSLER-PLYMOUTH TN THE AMOUNT OF TEN.THOUSAND NINE <br />HUNDRED NINETY SIX DOLLARS AND;FIFTY CENTS ($10,996.50), DECLARING SUCH <br />PURCHASE.TO BE AN EMERGENCY AND:pECLARING.THTS ORDINANCE TO BE AN EMERGENCY <br />MEASURE." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Bloom,. seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ru].es Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to pass Ordinance 84-15. <br />Mr. Etzler asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />There being no further business, tlie meeting adjourned at 9:40 p.m. <br />
