34 <br />Michelle Cleaners Sign - Mr. Amendola said he will be meeting with Mr. Anton, <br />the president of Michelle Cleaners, tomorrow to discuss the problem. <br />Police Liability Insurance - Mr. Etzler asked for a motion by Council to <br />accept the bid for the police liability insurance. <br />Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to accept the bid of the <br />Baron Insurance Company in the amount of $4,349.00 for police liability <br />insurance. <br />There was no discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Bid Accepted <br />Mr. Etzler asked for a motion by Council to authorize the Engineer to prepare <br />the street lighting assessments. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs..Bloom, made a motion to authorize the Engineer <br />to prepare the 1984/'85 street lighting assessments. <br />There was no discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Authorization Given <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mr. Goley asked Mayor Carmen or Chief Stevens to check back with the Front <br />Row regarding traffic problems, to see what can be done. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mr. Flynn said he would like Council to direct Steve Hovancsek to write a <br />letter to the Water Department to see what they could do to prevent another <br />reoccurrence of what happened Saturday. He would also like to have the Law <br />Director.find out what the liability responsibility of the Water Department <br />would be i:f there had been a fire. <br />Mrs. Bloom said she did not know the status of the Spaghetti Company truck, <br />but it has been parked on the side for the Kenwood residents to see. <br />Mayor Carmen will follow up on the matter. <br />Mrs. Brocker again asked Council to consider a traffic light at the end of• <br />Worton Park.
