46 <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Co.uncil requiring an ordinanc.e to be read on three sep'arate occasions. <br />There was no discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Goley, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to pass Ordinance 84-28. <br />Mr. Etzler asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Toth noted the follow <br />page two, "...at the rate <br />rate of 10% per annum..." <br />National Association...". <br />Inc. Cleveland; Ohio with <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />ing insertions to be made in the ordinance: <br />of 6.6.5% per annum..." and "...interest at the' <br />and "...at the main office of Ameritrust Co., <br />Page three, "...sold to Prescott Ba11 &.Turben <br />a premium of $1.00...". <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 84-29, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 521.10 OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO TRASH PICK-UP <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Councilwoman Rochelle M. Bloom. <br />Mrs. Bloom asked that this ordinance be placed on first reading. It will be <br />reviewed by the Safety and Service Committee. <br />Ordinance 84-29 given first reading. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mayor Carmen asked for a short Executive Session to follow this meeting. <br />There being no further business, Council adjourned into Executive Session at <br />8:35 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 8:30 p.m. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />There being no obj tions, the meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br />4Z A - <br />MAYOR, FRED N.
