57 <br />MINUTES OF A COUNCIZ AS A BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield <br />June 18, 1984 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met as a Board of Appeals on <br />Monday, June 18, 1984, at 8 p.m. in the Village Hal1. Council President, <br />Richard C. Etzler, presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Basile, Etzler, Flynn, Goley, and Mrs. Bloom <br />Absent : None <br />A1so Present Were . Mayor,Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr.. Feneli, Mr. Hovancsek, <br />Mr. Toth, Chief Hejcl, and Chief Stevens <br />Mr. Etzler said Council was meeting as a Board of Appeals to consider a <br />rear yard garking variance request. He asked if there were any comments from <br />the audience. _,. <br />Mr. Don Hedriek, of Hedzick-and Associates, said he is requesting a variance <br />of the parking lot side requirements for the proposed office site at Beta <br />Drive and Wilson. Mills . <br />Mr. Etzler further explained the request is for a ten foot property line <br />abutment from the parking lot to the property line on 'the northwest corner. <br />Mr. Amendola and Mr. Hovancsek said they did not foresee any problems that <br />would arise if this variance is granted. <br />Mayor Carmen and Mr. Basile agreed-that the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />did not foresee any problems either, although they have not yet seen the <br />formal drawing that was presented tonight. <br />Mr. Basile,,seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to grant the parking <br />variance request. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Variance Granted <br />There being no further business, the meeting adj.ourned at 8:10 p.m. <br />
