77 <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL NIEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayfield <br />August 6; 1984 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on Monday, <br />August 6, 1984, at 8 p:m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. <br />Council President, Richard C. Etzler, presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Etzler; Mr. Goley, and Mrs. Bloom <br />Absent : Mr. Flynn <br />Also Present Were . Mr. Feneli, Mr. Toth, Mr. Hovancsek <br />Mr. Etzler said this meeting was being held regarding the street lighting <br />assessments. <br />Resolution 84-17, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY FOR PROVIDING <br />FOR THE PAYMENT OF STREET LIGHTTNG AND THE IMPROVEMENT OR INSTALLATION OF <br />ADDITIONAL LIGHTING BY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF ALL PARCELS BENEFITTED, AND <br />DECLARING AN.EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />There was no discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a mo.tion to adopt Resolution 84=17. <br />There was no discussion. <br />Roll'Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />There being no further business, Mr. Basile, seconded by.Mr. Goley; made a <br />motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br />? <br />I
