83 <br /> <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY'.COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mr. Amendola said he has requested bids for the sections on Thornapple Drive <br />that are deteriorated. The sections requiring immediate repair were broken <br />up during the recent agility test in preparation for repair. He has received <br />two bids so.far: $3,150.00 and $2,840.00... Funds are available within the <br />road repair budget and he would like approval from Council for these repairs. <br />Council asked Mr. Feneli.to prepare a resolution to authorize the expenditure <br />of up to $3,000.00 for repair on Thornapple Drive. <br />Mr. Amendola said there is a serious effluent s.eptic problem on Woodlane Drive. <br />The Board of Health is aware of the problem and something should be done as <br />soon as possible because it affects a large number of.people. Mr. Hovancsek <br />: has prepared a drawing which was subm3.tted to three contractors. They have. <br />only received two bids, of approximately $11,000.00. Ma.yor Carmen asked Mr. Ainendola to advise the company.who has not yet submitted <br />their bid that we wi11 be holding a Special'Council Meet.ing later this week <br />and to submit their bid so it can be considered also. <br />Mrs. Bloom q.uestioned the location of the problem. <br />Mr. Hovancsek explained the drain is in the right-of-way and therefore the <br />Village's responsibility. CLOSING COMMENTS <br />There were no comments. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />There being no objection.s, the meeting adjourned at 8:37 p.m. . <br />
