Carmen. <br />Given First Reading 8/20/84. <br />Ordinance 84-11 was given second reading. <br />Resolution 84-16, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO <br />AN AGREEMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE SUBURBAN WATER COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Fred N..Carmen. Expenditure Approved <br />Asphalt Sealing - Service Department - Mr. Amendola said he is checking with <br />Mayor Boyle of Richmond Heights about the possibility of purchasing a truck <br />from them. The.only other truck that is available is an older truck from Avon <br />Lake. . <br /> <br />H <br />Mr. Etzler explained the truck from Richmond Heights is a little bit more <br />expensive but is a newer truck and performance would be better. He said <br />this will be the last major expenditure for leaf pick up.
