116 DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS There were no comments. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS Architectural Review Board & Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirements for meetings this month. Commission on Aging - Mr. Etzler said the Commission would like to thank the Service Department for setting up for their Christmas Party. He noted they are still taking registrations for the Medical ID Cards for.everyone in the Village. Finance - Mrs. Bloom said.they met this evening and discussed R.I.T.A. collections. Through Steve Toth and Mayor Carmen, they are trying to get money for the sewer escrow account for public utilities. Mr. Toth requested the passage of Ordinance 84-44, and Resolutions 84-38 and 84-39 tonight. Hillcrest.Council of Councils - Mrs. Bloom had no report. M.A.R.C. - Mr. Goley had no report. Planning and Zoning - Mr. Basile reported that the following proposals were discussed at their December 3 meeting: Mayfran addition, Euclid Industries addition, and a.residential garage proposal. (See P& Z min. 12/3/84.) Recreation - Mrs. Bloom said the Christmas Party was very successful. There were 68 "pictures with Santa" taken. Joyce Etzler and.Judy Cherosky will alternate attending the M.A.R.C. meetings. Safety and Service - Mr. Basile said they did not meet this month. OLD BUSINESS Walk Bike Sign - Pizzazz - Mr. Amendola said all the signs ordered were just received. Sgt. Jay will be locating the areas where the s.igns are to be placed an.d they should be in place soon. Barricade pipe at Bonnieview - Mayor Carmen said Mr. Hovancsek met with officYals from the County. He will be writing a letter regarding this matter shortly. Quarterly Meeting of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District - Mayor Carmen reported the meeting was held a couple weeks ago. Everything is doing well, there have been no overflows or spills.
