MINLTTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL Mayfield Village January 18, 1988 ? The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, January 18, 1988, at 8:07 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Mayfield Village Hall. Council President Santo Basile presided. Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs, Cinco, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, Mr. Petschauer, and Mr. Santoro Absent . Mr. Rinker Also Present Were . Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Patrick, Chief Mohr, Chief Stevens, and Miss Heath. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. CONSIDERATION-OF"MINUTES Annual M:C.I.C. Meeting - 12-21-87 - Mr. Petschauer, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to ap'prove the minutes. Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, Mr. Petschauer and Mr. Santoro NAYS: None Motion Carried ABSTAIN: Mrs. Cinco Minutes Approved Regular Council"Meetin.g =-12=21=87 - Mr. Petschauer, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to'approve the minutes. Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Flynn, rirso Mills, Mr. Petschauer and Mr. Santoro NAYS: None Motion Carried ABSTAIN: Mrs. Cinco Minutes Approved Special Council Meeting-=-1=4=88 - Mr. Basile noted that Mr. Flynn's name was not included in the minutes a's receiving the Oath of Officea Mr. Santoro, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to approve the minutes as amended. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYES: None Minutes Approved (As Amended) COMMENTS-FROM-MAYOR CARNIEN Mayor Carmen administered the Oath of Office to Santo Basile as 1988 Council President. Mayor C'armen administered the Oath of Office to David Petschauer as 1988 Council President Pro Tem. COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT BASILE Mr. Basile asked Mr. Amendola if any action had been taken regarding the car at 6716 Metro Park Drivee , ? Mr. Amendola said that a notice had been sent to the resident.
