Progressive agreed to hire at their expense, NOACA
to do this study and then present the results to the Worton Park Homeowner's
Association. Mayor Carmen said.that NOACA was paid by Progressive but was
hired by the municipality. He explained that the results of the study
basically stated that there would be no adverse impact to the homeowners by
the relocation of the drive opposite Alpha Drive.
