46 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />4/18/88 <br />Page 16 <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. <br />88-15. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First-"Reading-of -ResolutionNo: 88=16, entitled; "A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING <br />TERMS, CONDITIONS AND COMPENSATION FOR THE SERVICES OF THE PROSECUTOR AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Petschauer, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a.resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: . All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />;Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, secon'dedl, by:- Mrs. Cinco, madeia:',moti'on to adopt"-Reaolution No. <br />88-16. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted.:.; <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 88-18, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE <br />FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND ACT FINANCIAL <br />ASSISTANCE FOR THE THORNAPPLE DRIVE POND CLEANING AND RECONSTRUCTION AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Fred N. Carmen. <br />Mr. Petschauer, seconded by Mr. Santoro, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Mayor Carmen said that it was his understanding that the property-owner would <br />be willing the give that portion of the property of the Village if we would <br />maintain it as a park. <br />Mr. Amendola and other members of Council did not feel they would be willing <br />to give away the property. <br />Mayor Carmen said he felt the property owner had two alternatives, to either <br />give the property to Village and we would maintain, or to clean it upa <br />Mr. Petschauer made a motion to withdraw his motion. <br />First Reading of -Resoiution No: -88=19, ent'iā¢tled; 'i'A?.RESOLUTION RETAINING DALE <br />C.
