t76 Regular Council Meeting 12/19/88 Page 12 First Reading of Ordinance No. 88-45, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES & EXPENDITURES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE PERIOD FROM 01/01/88 AND ENDING 12/31/88, REPEALING EXISTING ORDINANCE N0. 88-44 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 88-45. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Resolution No. AUTHORIZING THE CLERK OF COUNCIL EASEMENT FROM JAMES T. Mrs. Mills asked if this meant that the Village would take on the cost of materials and repair. Mayor Carmen said this just gives them the right to work within that area.
