38 <br />First Reading of Resolution 86-15, entitled; "A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TERMS, <br />CONDITIONS, AND COMPENSATION FOR THE SERVICES OF THE PROSECUTOR AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. F1ynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Re'solution 86-15. <br />Ro11.Ca11: AYES: Al1 <br />'NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution 86-I6, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT <br />TO SHERMAN-BARON, INC. TN THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THREE <br />DOLLARS ($10,253.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY <br />INSURANCE FROM EDWARD J. HULL & ASSOCIATES, INC. DECLARING THE SAME TO BE <br />NON-COMPETITIVE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
