. , <br /> <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />April 23, 1986 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfiled met in Special Session on Wednesday, <br />April 23, 1986, at 8:10 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. <br />Council President, Richard C. Etzler presided:: <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Etzler, Mr. Flynn, Mr. Go1ey and <br />Mr. Petschauer <br />Absent : None <br />51 <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 86-6, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING,:::IN <br />PAR.T, SECTION 1.OF ORDINANCE N0. 85-6 PERTAINING TO THE SUM. APPROPRIATED <br />FOR THE GENERAL FUND FOR CITRRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE PERIOD F120M ;TANZIRARY 1, 1985 TO DECEMBER 31, 1985." <br />Introduced by Mayor Fred N. Carmen (First Reading 4/21/86) <br />Second Reading of Resolution No. 86-17, entitled; "A:RESOLUTION DECLAR.ING CLASSIC <br />CHEVROLET TO BE THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR THE SALE TO THE MUNICZPALITY OF TWO <br />(2) POLICE CARS,°AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH <br />CLASSIC CHEVROLET IN AN AMOUNT NO.T TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE THQUSAND ONE HUNDRED TEN : <br />DOLLARS ($25,110.00) FOR THE PUR.CHASE OF THE TWO CARS, REJECTING ALL OTHER <br />BIDS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council <br />as.a Whole.
