105 <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />August 4, 1986 <br />Mayfield Village <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, August 4, <br />1986, at 8:20 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council <br />President Richard C. Etzler presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Etzler, Mr. Flynn, Mr. Goley, and Mr. Petschauer <br />Absent : Mr. Basile <br />Also Present Was . Mr. Hovancsek <br />Resolution No. 86-40, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY FOR <br />PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF STREET LIGHTING AND THE IMPROVEMENT OR <br />INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL LIGHTING BY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF ALL PARCELS <br />BENEFITTED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 86-40. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />There being no further busineEs, the meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m. <br />
