Basi'le commented on the problem with the leaf pick-up this year. He <br />fee'ls that residential landscapers are adding to the prob'lem by dumping <br />their leaves on the streets. He asked if something could be done about <br />the landscapers doing this. <br />Mr. Go1ey said he has ta'lked to many residents about this prob'lem a'lso. <br />Mr. Etz'ler said he thinks i.t should be referred to Safety and Service to <br />discuss what cou'ld be done next year. <br />Mr. Petschauer said regarding the pond on the Pierce property on Upper Forty, <br />isn't it the Vi'1'lage's responsibility to maintain the natura'1 drainage course? <br />Mr. Hovancsek said that it is, genera'lly. The Vi1'lage takes care of any major <br />obstructior.(s in the water course. He said as he reported previous'ly, there <br />are no funds avai'lable from O.D.N.R. or the U.S. Soi'1 Conversation for <br />drainage prob'lems.
