12/15/86 Page Seventeen Mr. Go'ley said he would like to personally thank Mr. Toth for his service; he thinks he did an excellent job. He agrees with Mr. Basiles comments about the historical house. Regarding Ordinance No. 86-22, point-of-sale inspections, he said as a result of a meeting held between Mr. Petschauer, Mr. BasiYe, and Mr. Amendola, he feels they won't want to be considering . that ordinance but will want to consider an ordinance in another form to 4ccomp'lish the same end. He asked what procedure to fol'low. Mr. Feneli explained that Ordinance No. 86-22 may be tabled or defeated. Mr. .Goley said at the.Yast meeting.he requested legislation be prepared to give the Mayor authorization to advertise for bids for items that exceed $5,000. Mr. Fene:Li wi1l prepare the :LegisYation.
