The bid <br />should be good for 30 days. If we need an extension, they might extend it for a couple of <br />weeks. He suggested that Mr. Ramos advise Forest City of the bid results and ask them to <br />re-think their position. <br />Mrs. Mills stated that the resolution will be kept on first reading and will be referred to <br />Caucus. <br />S12aghetti Companv Parkiniz - Mr. Amendola explained that he met with a few members of <br />Council on Saturday morning to discuss this. He said they looked at a scale model plan of <br />the rear yard to see where the truck could be parked and where the containers are. Mr. <br />Amendola said that after the meeting he talked to Fritz Quagliata to see if he would move <br />the truck further back. Mr. Amendola said that several things hinge upon his decision; <br />these things can not be realized until Thursday or Friday of this week. He will keep <br />Council updated on this matter. <br />Mayor Carmen suggested that Mr. Amendola obtain two additional microphones (one to be <br />placed at the table where Chief Mohr and Chief Stevens sit, and one for the table where Mr. <br />Amendola and Mr. Hovancsek sit.) <br />Response from Letter to Associated Estates - Mrs. Mills asked if we had received a <br />response to our letter. <br />Mayor Carmen said he did not think it needed a response. He said that we are waiting for <br />them to siripe the lot; they are waiting for good weather. <br />Mrs. Mills asked if we would be talking to them in May. She said that we are aware that . <br />there is still a problem in their parking lot. <br />Municipal Center - Mrs. Mills said that one interview meeting with potential architects has <br />been held. Another meeting will be held on Thursday at 8 p.m. at the Village Hall. <br />Mr. Ramos said that a114 architects he invited have confirmed that they will attend. <br />Third Reading of Resolution No. 89-88, enritled; "A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TBE <br />DIRECTOR OF FINANCE ESTABLISHING TERMS, CONDITIONS AND <br />COMPENSATION FOR SUCH EMPLOYMENT AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. (First Reading <br />12/18/90, Second Reading & Tabled 1/22/90) <br />Mr. Flynn explained that Council must repeal this resolution to move ahead with new <br />Ordinance No. 90-14.
