The Village must authorize the chazge for the warranty, this would extend the <br />manufacturer's warranty another 5 yeazs to 20 years. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to approve the expenditure of $640 for a <br />20-year manufacturer's warranty on materials for the roof of the Service Building to the North <br />Coast Roofing. <br />A Morion to apnrove the expenditure of $3.630 to CT Medical Electronics Co=anv for a blood <br />pressure monitor for the Fire Denartment. (Note: This item is for the new ambulance but must be <br />purchased separately. Mayf'ield Village will be reimbursed by Gates Mills for 50% of this amount.) <br />N[rs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a morion to approve the expenditure of $3,630 to CT <br />Medical Electronics Company for the piirchase of a blood pressure monitor. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCII, <br />Mrs. Mills asked if Council wanted to consider the renewal of the Cavs tickets for the employee <br />incenrive program. <br />Mr. Ramos said he is. not able to obtain an extension, the deadline stands at the end of the month. <br />Mr. Rinker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to amend the agenda to include the Employee <br />Incentive Program - Purchase of Cavs Tickets. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />Approval of an Exnenditure in the amount of $3.680 for the uurchase of Cavs tickets for the <br />Emplovee Incentive ProVam Discussion was held about other events that could be considered for the incentive program. <br />Council asked Mr. Patrick to report on the amount spent for the purchases made for the employee <br />incentive program at the next Council Caucus. <br />Council asked Donna to obtain prices for season tickets to the Cleveland Ballet, Cleveland <br />Playhouse, Playhouse Theatre, and the Cleveland Orchestra. <br />Spot purchases of tickets to the Coliseum was also mentioned. <br />Mrs. Cinco suggested that 2 season tickets to the Cavs game be purchased (instead of 4.) She said <br />that it might be possible to offer a variety of events for employees to choose from if a lesser <br />amount was spent in one area.
