132 <br />MINUTES OF A PUBLIC HEARING OF COUNCII, <br />Mayfield Village <br />July 16, 1990 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, July 16, 1990, at 7:50 p.m. to <br />hold a Public Hearing prior to the Regular Meeting of Council. Council President Patsy Mills <br />presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, Mr. Pietrafese, <br />and W. Rinker <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present Were: Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hovancsek, Lt. Jay, Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos, <br />Chief Stevens, and Miss Heath <br />Mr. Flynn said that the Finance Committee went over the 1991 budget page by page at their <br />meeting this evening. He said the Finance Director answered any questions they had and that it <br />appears to the Finance Committee to be in order at this point. <br />Mr. Patrick said that a Public Hearing is held, as prescribed by law, to give every citizen an <br />opportunity to comment or to make written presentations to Council. He said this the rime for the <br />public, members of the administration, or the audience to comment. Mr. Patrick said the budget <br />must be passed this evening. It must be filed with the Budget Commission by the 21 st of July <br />(which he will do.) <br />Mrs. Mills said that Council will be voting on Ordinance No. 90-32 (to adopt the tax budget) this <br />evening.
