T 4 5 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />8/20/90 <br />Page 9 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 90-36. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Readiniz of Resolution No. 90-52, entided; "A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL <br />U-6 USE PERMIT TO HONDROS CAREER CENTERS TO USE CERTAIN PREMISES FOR <br />A CONTINUING EDUCATION CENTER FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three sepazate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 90-52. <br />Mr. Basile said that normally special use permits are granted for three years, but Mr. Paris <br />requested a five-yeaz permit because of the costs involved in setting up the school. He asked if the <br />terms of the lease stated that the lease was for five years. <br />Mr. Paris said.that the lease will be for 5 years. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 90-54, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DECLARING AERO-MARK <br />INC. TO BE TBE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR TBE STRIPING OF CERTAIN <br />STREETS WITHIN THE MUIVICIPALITY, AUTHORIZING TIHE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT <br />OF COUNCII. TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH SAID BIDDER IN THE AMOUNT <br />NOT TO EXCEED $10,270.55 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor <br />Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />Resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 90-54. <br />Mr. Hovancsek will advise Aero Mark that they were awarded the contract and check on the date <br />they will begin work.
