Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion to adopt Resolution 90-57 <br />ItOLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 90-58 entitled, "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE <br />TO PAY CONTEMPORARY ELECTRIC, INC. AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FIVE <br />T'HOUSAND SEVEN HLJNDRED DOLLARS (5,700.00) FOR THE LABOR AND INTERIOR <br />FTXTURES FOR TBE INTERIOR LIGHTING OF THE GAZEBO AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole read in tide by <br />Mr. Ramos. <br />1VIr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Amendola stated that the fixtures are high pressure sodium and makes up for half of the <br />expense. <br />1V1r. Ramos explained that there was no second written bid due to the fact that the job has been on <br />an as needed basis and it was too difficult to predict cost of fixtures and labor so the requirement <br />was waived. <br />1Vir. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrarite, made a motion to adopt Resolurion 90-58. <br />Mrs. Mills questioned if this amount included the center fixture. <br />Mr. Amendola stated it does not as it was chosen from another company. <br />- - -- ?
