,. <br />MIlVUTES OF TIIE MAYFIELD CONIVIiJNTTY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION <br />November 19, 1990 <br />The members of the Mayfield Community Improvement Corporation met in Special Session on <br />Monday, November 19, 1990 at 7:55 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. The <br />following trustees were present: _ <br />Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker <br />Also Present Were: Mayor Carmen, Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos, and Miss Heath <br />Mr. Ramos explained that according to the regulations of the Mayfield Community Improvement <br />Corporation, all Councilpersons are trustees of the Corporation. He said the purpose of this <br />meeting is to elect officers for 1991. Mr. Ramos asked if there was any business before the <br />M.C.I.C. There was none. <br />Mr. Ramos said he would like to open the floor for nominations for President, Vice President, <br />Secretary, and Treasurer of the Mayfield Community Improvement Corporation. <br />Mr. Flynn made a motion that the corporation retain the same slate of officers as last year. <br />Mr. Basile seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr. Ramos cited the 19901ist of officers: <br />President: Bruce Rinker <br />Vice President: Lawrence Flynn <br />Secretary: Joanne Cinco <br />Treasurer: Blase Pietrafese <br /> <br />There were no objections; no discussion. <br />Motion Carried <br />Mrs. Mills made a motion to close the nominations.
