200 Regulaz Council Meeting 11/19/90 Page Ten First ReadinLy of Resolution No 90-75, entided; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TBE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCII, TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH URS CONSULTANTS, INC. - OHIO FOR THE CREATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A STORM WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolurion to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 90-75. Mr. Ramos said that a representative from URS is here to answer any questions regazding the agreement. Motion Carried Rules Suspended There were no questions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Morion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Ordinance No. 90-41 entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING CHAPTER 1345 OF TBE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO GARBAGE DISPOSALS SYSTEMS REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT THEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills said this ordinance will be discussed at the Ordinance Review Meeting. First Reading of Ordinance No. 90-45, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 155.06 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VII.LAGE, PERTAINING TO THE USE OF TBE COMMUNITY ROOM BUII..DING AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolurion to be read on three separate occasions.
