?0 ?_93 <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCII. <br />Mayfield Village <br />December 3, 1990 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, December 3, 1990, at eight <br />o'clock p.m. (8 p.m.) in the Council Chambers at the Mayfield Village Hall. Council President <br />Patsy Mills presided. <br />. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fenante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, and <br />Mr. Pietrafese <br />Absent: Mr. Rinker <br />Also Present Were: Mayor Carmen, Mrs. Martin, Mr. Hovancsek, Chief Mohr, Chief Stevens, <br />Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos, and Miss Heath <br />Mrs. Mills said that the Special Meeting was called to amend Resolution No. 90-72. <br />Mr. Ramos said this is for the computer equipment for the Police Department. He explained that <br />the dollar amount is the same as authorized by Resolution 90-72, but authorizes payment to two <br />different companies: It must be allocated between Apple Computer and Holcomb's instead of just <br />to Holcomb's. <br />First Reading of Resolurion No. 90-76, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 2 OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-72 PERTAINING TO TBE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER <br />HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE FOR TBE POLICE DEPARTNIENT AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolurion to be read on three sepazate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 90-76. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mrs. Mills asked if there was any further business. <br />Mr. Ramos said there is legislation regazding the C.R.I.S. agreement for service.
