<br />Regular Council Meeting <br />11/20/89 <br />Page 18 <br />Chief Mohr said the advertisement was placed in the Plain Dealer. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said that they checked the Uike path by the ravine and <br />recommend that a 50' split rail fence be installed. <br />Mayor Carmen said that Pat Minor has filed suit. He said that he <br />thinks it will be moved into the Court of Common Pleas, we intend to <br />contest because we are right. <br />Mayor Carmen said that he thinks we will be in a position to interview <br />architects for future municipal planning by January. <br />Mayor Carmen said that the part-time Administrative Assistant has <br />submitted a letter of resignation. She plans to become a probation <br />officer. She will be remaining as a part-time dispatcher. He will be <br />discussing how to structure the department and what will be needed in <br />replacement personnel. <br />Mayor Carmen said he would like the Safety and Service Committee to <br />consider the addition of a full-time firefighter for the Department in <br />1990. It will be in the budget. <br />Mrs. Cinco said the dispatchers have asked her to remind Council that <br />reservations for the Village Christmas Party must be made by November <br />28. <br />Mr. Rinker said he will not be able to attend the December Caucus. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:50 p.m. <br />uV . <br />FRED N.
