? , -? ;?,, Regular Council Meeting 12/18/89 Page 10 First Reading of Resolution No. 89-87, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE OFFICE OF THE AUDITOR OF STATE TO REVIEW THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT FOR PURPOSES OF COMPILING A COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL REPORT FOR 1990 FOR MAYFIELD VILLAGE IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,800.00) AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Santoro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 89-87. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Resolution No. 89-88, entitled; "A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE ESTABLISHING TERMS, CONDITIONS AND COMPENSATION FOR SUCH EMPLOYMENT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. Mr. Flynn requested this resolution be kept on first reading; it will be discussed in January. First Reading of Ordinance No. 89-46, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING NEW SECTION 1309.98 PERTAINING TO THE FEES FOR DELINQUENT PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
