62 <br />IZegular Council Meeting <br />4/20/92 <br />Page Eight <br />Mr. Basile said the fence is 3'S" high and the sign will be 3' higher than the fence for a total height <br />of 65". Mr. Basile also explained the need for a set back variance. The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission recommends approval of both variances. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Itesolution Adopted <br />(as amended) <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 92-20, entitled; "A resolution granting a set back variance to <br />Cooperman's Deli and Restaurant for the location of their sign at 6535 Wilson Mills Road." <br />Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by 1VIr. Ferrante, made a morion to adopt Resolution No. 92-20. <br />Mr. Basile explained the sign will be about 2' in front of their building. <br />Mr. Fixler asked how long the sign on their roof will be pernutted to be there, and, what is the <br />procedure fox putting up a sign. <br />Mr. Amendola said that is a temporary sign; a pernut was issued for it. The sign will come down <br />as soon as they open. <br />ROLL CALL; AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolurion No. 92-21, entided; "A resolution urging the Ohio Senate House Bill <br />314 and Governor Voinovich to veto said bill which requires Mayor's Courts to pay for operating <br />deficits incurred by municipal courts." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Rinker said the government is trying to defray costs and he would like to have more <br />information. Council decided to leave Resolution No. 92-21 on first reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Hanculak read the ride of the following resolurion to be considered in tide: <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 92-23, enritled; "A resolution approving the actions of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission relative to the construction of a deck by Fisher's Tavern located <br />at 718 S.O.M. Center Road." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile said the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended Council approve the deck <br />drawing contingent upon the following: <br />1) Deck is to be freestanding. <br />2) Additional posts required on the south side of the deck for required support <br />3) All posts to be 42" in depth with a poured concrete base <br />The Plans aze to be amended to show the conringencies. <br />j <br /> <br />
