? <br />Mayor's office, who deals with this Ordinance and its limitations <br />on a daily basis. <br />- My further obj ections to this legislation, besides the lack of <br />need, is the imposition which it may cause upon the Administration, <br />Council and our employees. The necessity for special meetings, <br />additional time which could better be spent on pending legislation, <br />and the inconvenience and cost for employee overtime, do not appear <br />to be warranted merely to have Council approve payments of bills <br />which go out of.this office on a regular basis. <br />The Clerk of Council, pursuant to the Charter, shall make this <br />veto a part of the journal of Council, and provide a copy to each <br />member for their consideration. <br />Sinc ly, 62 , <br />Blase Pietrafese, ayor <br />
