135 Regulaz Council Meeting 8/17/92 Page Seven Mr. Rinker said there were additional items that needed approval and asked Council for a motion to amend the agenda to include consideration of the following items: Foundation for Accessory Building Repair to Bridge Havsco Quote Mr. Basile, seconded by.1VIr. Fixler, made a motion to amend the agenda to include the above- mentioned items. ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr; Fixler, Mr. Flynn, and Mr. Rinker . NAYS: None Motion Carried Agenda Amended Foundation for Accessorv Building Mr. Rinker said Mr. Amendola is looking for approval not to exceed $3,300 for installation of the foundation for a 12' x 24' accessory building. The building, which is being erected at Wiley Park, will be used by Village groups for storage of items for the Commission on Aging, Garden Club, and Historical Society. He said the work is being done in house.. Mayor Pietrafese said a portion of the building has been built with scrap lumber from the maze. We will be getting two more bids on this foundation. Mr. Fixler asked asked if there was the total estimated cost of construction. Mr. Rinker said he did not know but all the work is being done in house. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to approve an expenditure not to exceed $3,300 for the installation of the foundation for a 12' x 24' accessory building. ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, and Mr. Rinker NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Repair to Beech Hill Bridge Mr. Rinker said he thinks Mr. Amendola wanted Council to be awaze of this item. Since Mayor Pietrafese can approve this expenditure ($1,687), he asked Mayor Pietrafese what his intention was. Mayor Pietrafese said if is a necessary expenditure and he will approve it. He will ask Mr. Amendola to get one more bid.
