Center Road Dear Mr. Panzica: This letter is written to confirm the terms and conditions upon which the Mayfield Village Council is agreeable to granting a variance for your proposed use of the above-captioned property. As you know, at the September 21st meeting of Council, it was ?expressed by Council majority that they were willing to grant a one year variance from October 6, 1992?, until October 6, 1993, to be , reviewed at that time for any additional extensions, so as to permit the above-captioned building to be used for warehousing of furniture for Fish Furniture, based upon the following conditions: 1. The one year variance will be reviewed sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the one year, with final Council action within thirty (30) days of the expiration of the variance term; and 2. Fish Furniture will be the only occupant warehousing in the structure, and it will only involve the storage of furniture for their business operations on S.O.M. Center Road; and 3. There will be no retail sales whatsoever from the subject premises; and 4. The property will be limited to twenty (20) delivery trucks, average, going to and from the premises during the work week, and that said trucks will only operate between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday; and 5. The granting of this variance will in no way entitle you as property owner, or to Fish Furniture, or any other persons or entities to any right or entitlement as to the use of this building, other than for the lawful and permitted uses as stated in '•.? the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield; and that at no time in the future will you, as property owner, or any subsequent
