Center Road <br />Dear Mr. Panzica: <br />This letter is written to confirm the terms and conditions <br />upon which the Mayfield Village Council is agreeable to granting a <br />variance for your proposed use of the above-captioned property. <br />As you know, at the September 21st meeting of Council, it was <br />?expressed by Council majority that they were willing to grant a one <br />year variance from October 6, 1992?, until October 6, 1993, to be <br />, reviewed at that time for any additional extensions, so as to <br />permit the above-captioned building to be used for warehousing of <br />furniture for Fish Furniture, based upon the following conditions: <br />1. The one year variance will be reviewed sixty (60) days <br />prior to the expiration of the one year, with final Council action <br />within thirty (30) days of the expiration of the variance term; and <br />2. Fish Furniture will be the only occupant warehousing in <br />the structure, and it will only involve the storage of furniture <br />for their business operations on S.O.M. Center Road; and <br />3. There will be no retail sales whatsoever from the subject <br />premises; and <br />4. The property will be limited to twenty (20) delivery <br />trucks, average, going to and from the premises during the work <br />week, and that said trucks will only operate between 9:00 a.m. and <br />5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday; and <br />5. The granting of this variance will in no way entitle you <br />as property owner, or to Fish Furniture, or any other persons or <br />entities to any right or entitlement as to the use of this <br />building, other than for the lawful and permitted uses as stated in <br />'•.? the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield; and that at no <br />time in the future will you, as property owner, or any subsequent
