First Reading of Ordinance No. 92-44, entided; "An emergency ordinance enacged by the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the MLTNICIPAI.ITY, in the rnatter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. (Ridgebury Blvd. CR-54) Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, and Mr. Rinker NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to enact Ordinance No. 92-44. 1VIr. Rinker said the Village Engineer recommends Council approve Ordinances 92-44 and 9445 even though the work will not be done until next year. Mayor Pietrafese said regarding the controversy, they have done some cold patch. T'he contractor agreed to put a thin sealer in the azeas (like on Mr. Ferrante's street). Mayor Pietrafese said we have checked on it and they think they have done a good job. He asked if anyone sees any places that need done to let him know. Mr. Rinker asked if it will have to be checked after the winter. Mayor Pietrafese said yes, we will check it in the spring. Mr. Fixler asked if they will re-do it in the spring. Mayor Pietrafese said yes. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NA1'S: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted Mr. Rinker introduced attorney Tom Hanculak who was sitting in for 7oe Diemert who could not inake it. First Reading of Ordinance No. 92-45, entided; "An emergency ordinance enacted by the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereinafter refened to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter refened to as the COUNTY." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. (Wilson Mills Road CR-73) Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three sepazate occasions.
