None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Clerk Leo send copies to adjacent communities. <br />Ordinance 80-5, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE.AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />AND DIREC~'OR OF FINANCE TO ENTER INTO A MUTT~AL AID FIRE PROTECTION AGREE- <br />MENT WITH THE CITY OF WILLOUGHBY HILLSP" Introduced by Mayor and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />This mutual aid agreement has one change over the previous ordinance as <br />certain areas (White Road & Metro Park & I-271) fire calls will be.re- <br />sponded to by both communities if equipment and men are available. After <br />passage by Mayfield pillage, agreement to go to Willoughby Hills for <br />their review and adoption.
