Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. .Boger, made a motion to. suspend the rules~of law requiring a.resolution to be read on three .separate occasions. COMMENTS FROM .THE DEPARTMENT HEADS AND OFFICT.BLS Mr. Hovancsek reported on a meeting scheduled for Friday,: January 25th in the Mayors office at.10:00 A.M. with N.E.O.R.S..D.`.for discussion,of sewer assessments. He would be calling the County with re to the local maintenance charge and sewage charge - which means two sewer bills. He would report to Council on this. Chief Stevens complimented. Council for passing the mutual aid fire pro- tection legislation - it's-too bad the same legislation could not be considered for the police protection.
