Mr. Feneli and Mre Hovancsek <br />to review the specs from last year with stipulations to be made re the time <br />frame and- cross walks. <br />Mr. Spellman commended the Mayor on his opinion poll that was included in <br />the Voice of the Village. ~ , <br />Miss Trask questioned where the sign for the Kenwood North Estates has gone. <br />Mr. Amendola replied that the sign is located on Mr. Postacchinni's property <br />and he most likely has it down for painting. <br />Mr. Flynn questioned the status of the insurance for Recreation Employees. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that a premium of $79.00 for bodily injury liability is <br />reasonable. After having time to review his own memo to Council re the mat- <br />ter, he realized that volunteers were not actually employees and he is in <br />the process of determining.:if a $1.00 token salary will qualify them for <br />coverage`: ~`~Love 'Insu`rance ist to let him know and if it is possibly, he will <br />prepare legislation for the meeting of the 25th. <br />Mayor Beebe commented that he expected a 50/ or more return on his opinion <br />poll and they would be made available for Council's review. <br />Mr. Bennett stated a short Executive Session will be held with a recess in. <br />the interimawith anticipation of Mr. Avery's arrival. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that there is a possibility of two ordinances being passed <br />after the session. <br />Meeting recessed into Executive Session at 9:00 P.M.; meeting reconvened at <br />10:30 P.M. <br />Attorney Avery--and Councilman Carmen arrived shortly after 9:00 P.M. <br />Ordinance 80-15, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />79-730." Introduced by Mr. Bennett <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, <br />and Miss Trask <br />NAYS: None <br />Carmen, Flynn, Spellman, Mrs. Hanus <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made the motion to pass Ordinance 80-15. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Bennett, Carmen, Flynn, Spellman, Mrs. Hanus <br />and Miss Trask <br />.,. NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />- Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 80-16, entitled, "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 133.03 <br />OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE REGARDING AUTHORIZED SIGNA- <br />TURES ON CHECKS AND WITHDRAWAL SLIPS."
